Most coaching asks you to set better goals, build better habits, and become more effective at the life you are already living.
That is not what this is.
Soul Designs Coaching begins from a different premise: that you are not a problem to be solved, and the discomfort you are feeling is not a malfunction. It is information. It is the part of you that still knows what is true, asking to be heard.
In more than 27 years of coaching across 43 countries, the pattern Lerae sees most often is not failure, but misalignment.
People who have worked hard, built well, held it together, and arrived somewhere that looks right from the outside but does not quite feel like home.
This work is not about tearing your life down.
It is about finding the thread that was always yours — and beginning, gently and honestly, to follow it.
