Soul Designs School for Coach Continuing Education & Mentoring is committed to providing a variety ICF approved continuing education courses and mentoring options for coaches. The courses and mentoring offered are designed to provide a wholistic approach to continuing education and credentialing success. We understand that credentialing success at all levels is a competency and personal development journey. As a result, we offer courses and mentoring for Levels 1, 2 and 3 accreditation that support both. Our commitment is to ensure you receive high level education and coaching with ease and impact.
THE FOUNDER, LERAE GIDYK
A pioneer in the coaching profession, Lerae Gidyk, MCC is the Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box. She started her career as a coach in 1999 when she founded Soul Designs International Coaching Ltd. Lerae achieved her Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation in 2006.
Lerae’s work in the coaching industry is inspired by a mission to support coaches be successful and support the growth of the coaching industry while creating positive sustainable change in the world one conversation at a time.
The contributions Lerae has made to the coaching industry include but, are not limited to, being the brain child behind the first online coach finder website (www.findacoach.com), mentoring hundreds of coaches to accreditation success at all levels of ICF accreditation (ACC, PCC & MCC) since 2000, created the COACH ME Coaching Conversation Model (2010) and founded Soul Designs School for Continuing Education and Mentoring for Coaches (2020).
Lerae believes that there is latent potential that exists within each of us. She believes that coaching is a way to tap into that potential to fully express our individual soul design and experience more fulfillment and ease.
