Every coach who applies for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation will have to complete a three hour multiple choice exam called the Coaching Knowledge Skills Assessment (CKA). In support of coaches preparing for accreditation, Soul Designs offers a 90min preparatory class that will provide you with information regarding the areas of focus for the exam, best practices for preparing for the exam, sample questions to discuss in a group setting and a forum to ask questions and address any concerns you might have related to preparing, completing and being successful. You will also have the opportunity to hear from a coach who recently completed the exam. The guest coach will share their experience, address your questions and, ideally, put your mind at ease.
